Jason Senecal
President
Mr. Jason Senecal is the President Senco Development, a Boca Raton, FL. based real estate development company, and President of Senco Construction Corp. a South Florida based General Contractor and Underground Utility Contractor. Born and raised in Massachusetts he spent the majority of his life working for his family's real estate development company located in Metropolitan Boston. Mr. Senecal is a graduate University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He spent 12 years working on Wall St. as a commodity trader where he Co-Founded Andorra Capital, managing $50M in assets. He's held memberships on the NYMEX, CBOT, & AMEX. After selling Andorra Capital in 2007, Mr. Senecal Co-Founded Atlas Consulting, a real estate and off-shore business consulting firm located in Panamá City, Rep. of Panama, where he served the company from 2008 – 2011. While at Atlas he was involved in numerous real estate transactions in Panamá, including investments in Best Western Zona Libre, Colón, and several condo conversion projects in Panamá City.
After receiving an MBA from the University of Miami in 2012, Mr. Senecal consulted on several port development projects including; Charleston & St. George, SC. $60M petro storage facility; Savannah, GA. $45M industrial port complex (former Kerr-McGee site). In 2014 he served as project manager for Glidewell-Therrien Construction Corp., a structural building company, constructing roughly 500,000sf of commercial space in the Northeastern US, including; The Novell - New Haven, CT., Waterfront Square - Revere Beach, MA., and The Princeton - Westford, MA. He is also a member of the New England Regional Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners. Mr. Senecal currently resides in South Florida where he presides over Senco Development and Senco Construction, and has served as a project manager and superintendent on numerous commercial construction projects for several local South Florida contractors. Senco Development has most recently participated in several joint-venture real estate development projects, including; The Registry at Lakeland Square, Lakeland, FL. - 230 unit apartment bldg, Las Terrazas del Mar, N. Miami Beach, FL. - 6 unit condo bldg, and Bay Harbor, N. Miami Beach, FL. - 42 unit apartment bldg. Mr. Senecal is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.

Tim McCoskey
Vice President
Mr McCoskey is seasoned developer with over 25 years of multi-family experience. He has successfully completed more the 6,000 units in a wide range of types including A+ luxury garden, LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credits), Student Housing, Mixed Use in Mid-rise / High rise. Mr McCoskey has an outstanding track record and qualifies projects under the strict underwriting of HUD 221(d)4 financing that allows no tolerance for any failed projects or financing blunders in the past. He has a track record of completed projects in Florida, the Southeast, as well as the Phoenix, AZ metro area. Mr McCoskey worked for a large national institutional multi-family top developers before starting his own real estate development company 20 years ago.
Mr McCoskey is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Real Estate and has been in the Real Estate and Construction business since 1985. He holds active licenses for Real Estate and General Contractor in the state of Florida.

Lydia Senecal
Design Director
Mrs. Lydia Senecal, a native Washingtonian, previously resided in Manhattan, now happily resides in sunny South Florida. With a strong background assisting high net-worth individuals, diplomats, heads of state, celebrities, philanthropists and a variety of personalities, Lydia has a deep understanding of incorporating various not-traditionally design elements that are requested by clientele and demanded by understanding of Lydia’s background. She understands the depth of different cultures and landscapes and its importance to interiors and she has spent decades traveling throughout North America, Central America and Europe. Lydia has an extensive background in fashion and the luxury resale industry which has allowed her to experience working with companies like Sotheby's, Christies and Heritage Auction to source rare and unusual items for discerning clients. Lydia’s experience encompasses designing interior restaurants and clubs in Washington, D.C., designer boutiques in the southwest, and numersous homes throughout the east coast.
She is a graduate of University of Miami's Interior Design program, and a member of IIDA (International Interior Design Association). Lydia’s multicultural ethnicity, keen sense of sourcing rare and coveted finishes and fabrics has allowed her to expand her clients' visions into spaces that are more bespoke and less store-bought. She has an impeccable eye for design and fashion and works closely with demanding clients to establish an overall aesthetic direction, layout of each space, stylistic mood and view point element. She is skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, time-frames, and requirements, Lydia brings her passionate energy for fashion and design to every design project.
